  • Step 3: Deposit a minimum of ৳500.
  • Step 4: The bonus is credited to your account automatically — usually within 5 minutes.
Maximum bonus amount: 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement (typically 30x) — meaning you need to place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

There are two ways to update your profile on jeeeta — some details you can change yourself, while others require help from support.

Mobile Number Change:
Your mobile number cannot be changed directly from Settings — this is a security measure. To update it, Help Center Contact us and provide both your old and new number. Once your identity is verified, the update is processed within 24–48 hours.

Name Change:
Your name generally cannot be changed as it is tied to your KYC. However, if you need a typo corrected, please contact support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying your identity. On jeeeta, it becomes mandatory when:

  • You want to withdraw ৳25,000 or more in a single transaction.
  • Your total withdrawal exceeds the specified monthly limit.
  • Suspicious activity is detected on your account.
Required Documents:
  • ID Document: A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport (front and back).
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or any official government letter (issued within the last 3 months).
  • Proof of Payment: Mobile Pay/Nagad screenshot (showing the number you wish to withdraw to).
How to submit:
Go to Account Settings → "Verification" tab → Upload your documents. Make sure the images are clear and show the full page.

Processing time: Typically 12–48 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 72 hours.

  • Step 5: From then on, every time you log in you will need to enter both your password and the OTP sent to your mobile.
What happens when 2FA is enabled:
  • Logging in from a new device requires additional verification.
  • An OTP is required to change your password.
  • Extra verification is required for large withdrawals.

Keeping 2FA enabled is strongly recommended — especially if you maintain a large balance.
